We perform industrial machining of parts using CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, grinding machines and production centers, mainly in metal (carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, bronze). Solidworks®  is installed on all machines.

We also have a precision water cutting machine with 5-axis head.

Likewise, we have facilities for thermal treatments in which we can perform treatments of: Nitriding and Nitrocarburizing (with or without post-oxidation), distension of welded joints and revenues.

To certify the quality of our work we have a Rober Arm and a Laser tracker from Leica.

Our CNC press brakes allow us to program any piece and calculation for its preparation, as a result we get a higher quality folding in both small and large pieces, up to 14 meters.

Since we have a wide range of folding press brakes we can work with sheets between 0.5 mm and 100 mm thick, with the demands of quality and reliability that sheet metal folding needs today.

In addition, we have motorized bending rolls, pneumatic presses, drills, shears, universal punches, hydraulic tapping machines and saws to complete the necessary work for any type of piece.

In boilermaking we have a wide range of welding machines, welding robots and submerged arc welding.

We manufacture wire harnesses in which a number of individual cables are combined, forming a functional connection bundle, with the addition of polarised connectors, fixing systems and electrical elements (such as fuses, diodes, resistors, relays, etc.), we have dedicated assembly lines for each project that are defined according to the needs of each client.

Our cutting and crimping section has multiple technologies for the manipulation and transformation of the electrical wires. From the simplest to the most complex products, we always design the process with the goal of obtaining the best cycle time and the highest quality.

For this we have MEGOMAT and KOMAX cutting and automatic crimping machines (Kappa, Zeta and ZetaSP).

Our more than 25 years of experience in the automotive sector makes the production department of the automotive division work under very high standards of quality and control. At C.E.E. APTA we have a wide portfolio of material suppliers, among which we can identify the most appropriate pieces for our clients’ needs.

The engineering department designs all types of electrical panels taking into account multiple variables: regulations, specification of the end customer, availability level, environmental issues (altitude, seismicity, temperature, etc), study of protections and selectivity with other panels, etc. Based on basic data, all the necessary documentation is generated both to manufacture the panels in our workshop and to be installed by our customers. To perform electrical panel engineering tasks we use tools such as ePlan or ETAP.

From the automation and control department, industrial control software is developed for the automation of industrial processes, machines or installations. We develop PLC, SCADA, HMI or DCS applications.

Manufactured frames can follow different international standards, such as IEC 61439.

The experience and expertise of our staff, and the tools available in the workshop, such as Rittal’s Perforex enclosure machining machine, make our workshop a competitive and high-quality electrical panel supplier.

Quality is our main premise, all our products undergo a specific quality control studied for each project, in addition, the client can request their own test protocol or delegate these functions to any independent certifying entity.

Our logistics department sends electrical panels directly to the site, even in international locations. All the panels are packed taking into account the type of transport: land, maritime, maritime anti-humidity packaging, etc.
